All types of paper can be recycled in Wiltshire through the kerbside black box, including -
Shredded paper cannot be recycled in your black box, although you can recycle it in local paper banks or household recycling centres.

All newspapers and magazines can be recycled in Wiltshire through kerbside black boxes, mini recycling sites and HRC's.

All telephone directories can now be recycled through the kerbside black box collections including yellow pages.
They can also be taken to any of Wiltshire's Household Recycling Centres and mini bring sites.

The paper we collect is sent to Aylesford Newsprint in Kent, this is one of the largest paper recycling plants in Europe. All inks, glues and staples are washed out with soapy water and the cleaned paper pulp is sent to a paper-making machine. 
The resulting high quality newsprint paper supplies national and local newspapers throughout the UK and Europe.
