Waste Composition Survey
New survey results released!
Ever wondered what is in the waste we put out? This new survey published in June 2009 shows in detail what our waste comprises of.
The surveys can help to provide Wiltshire council with invaluable data on the composition of waste in Wiltshire. The information has been used to plan future recycling collections and to assess how waste that is not recycled can be best diverted from landfill.

What made up Wiltshire's Waste in 2005 and 2007?
In 2005 and 2007 Wiltshire Council secured funding to undertake a number of waste composition surveys in Wiltshire to find out, what is in the waste we put out.
